Blaine Ashley, Founder
Ashley is the original founder of New York Champagne Week which ran for 5 years as a sparkling success before her fresh, forward thinking reveal – 'The FIZZ is Female'.
Ashley made the segue from fashion to the wine biz 9 years ago, first freelancing as a drinks scene and wine travel contributor for publications like Tasting Panel and Destinations Travel. Following, and to this day, Ashley works with boutique wine and artisanal spirits companies on creative brand awareness strategies with her ultimate passion being to promote categories of sparkling wines from around the world.
In 2016, Ashley’s emphasis on all things bubbly awarded her a nod in Wine Enthusiast magazine as a 40 under 40 Tastemaker where we she was aptly dubbed ‘The Champagne Queen’.
Ashley is also the innovator for her very own Champagne label called Bulle de Rêve (dream bubble) and most recently co-founded a still rosé wine inspired by her home state of Hawaii called Lokē Rosé (Lokē means Rose in Hawaiian).
Thrilled to welcome bubbly wines from around the globe, Ashley's ultimate aim for this fizz fueled event is to shine a spotlight on leading ladies in the bubbly wine biz.
